Refunds and/or returns are done on a case by case policy.
If item has been worn there will be no returns, exchanges or refunds given.
If item is defective, we will forward the item to the manufacturer for determination of return/replacement. We are not responsible for defective items. Returns/exchanges are per the manufacturers policy.
Used items cannot be returned or refunded.
Special ordered items may have a restocking fee.
At no time will shipping costs be refunded. All shipping fees are the responsible of the buyer.
Refunds may be issued in the form of a store credit (gift certificate) that may be used within one year of date issued.
